Bampton Recreation Ground. Courts Now Open

The new facilities at the Bampton Recreation Ground are now fully open. We now have two fully refurbished tennis courts, a new padel court for this up-and-coming new popular sport, a new Multi Use Games Area with EDPM rubber finish and a newly extended skatepark with a series of new jumps.

The first time you go onto the site you will be required to register and then go to the bookings tab to select your preferred date and time.

An Open Day with BBQ and bar was held on Sunday 7th June and many families came down to see the new courts and to have a go. Initially rackets and balls will be available within the padel court for first time players wanting to introduce themselves to the sport.

All the new facilities are floodlit so playing hours extend to 10.00pm at night (9.00pm on Sundays), and floodlights will come on automatically for evening bookings.

Padel Court

Monday – Saturday from 7.00am to 10.00pm. Last bookable time 21.00hrs
