Closure of Bampton Medical Practice’s Branch Surgery Carterton
The Partners at Bampton Surgery regret to inform patients that Carterton Branch Surgery will be closing at the beginning of the new year, as the lease on the building is coming to an end and cannot be renewed.

We are actively working to secure a new premises to continue delivering care to our Carterton patients. In the meantime, all patients registered at Carterton will continue to receive care through Bampton Surgery, and there is no need to take any action.
We remain fully committed to keeping our patients informed and supported throughout this transition. Further updates will be shared as soon as more details are confirmed.
